Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
I believe that true wellness comes from nurturing all aspects of our being.
I came to Chinese Medicine through my own journey of health and healing, and it changed the way I understand the body and how I care for the people who walk through my door. Chinese Medicine had answers no one else could give me.
Now I get to hand that back. To sit across from someone who feels stuck, unheard, or out of options, and show them there's another way.
That's why I do this.
With love and light,
Annabelle
I work with people who feel disconnected from their body, overwhelmed by stress, navigating hormonal changes, living with pain, or simply sensing that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Acupuncture is a gentle yet powerful medicine that works with your body’s own innate ability to find balance, regulate your nervous system, and support your natural capacity to heal.
The stress you've been carrying.
The grief you haven't had time to process.
The burnout.
The years of putting everyone else first.
The hormonal changes, poor sleep, digestive issues, or pain that seem to keep showing up despite your best efforts.
Sometimes symptoms don't appear out of nowhere.
In Chinese Medicine, we don't separate the physical body from the rest of your life.
Your symptoms are not random, and they don't happen in isolation, they're often threads of a much bigger picture.
Together, we take the time to listen to what your body is communicating and work to support the underlying patterns behind what you're experiencing.
People commonly come to see me for:
Stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed
Hormonal imbalances, cycle concerns, painful periods, PMS, PMOS, endometriosis or reproductive health challenges & IVF
Chronic pain, tension or headaches
Digestive issues such as bloating or IBS
Fatigue, burnout or low energy
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your body
How I support you
-
Modern life asks so much of our bodies.
Stress, emotional experiences, grief and trauma can leave the nervous system feeling stuck in a state of protection.
Acupuncture can support relaxation, regulation and a deeper connection between your body and mind.
-
Your menstrual cycle is a reflection of your overall health.
Chinese Medicine has a long history of supporting women through all stages of life, from cycle health and hormonal balance through to fertility, pregnancy and menopause.
-
Pain is the body’s way of communicating.
Whether you are experiencing muscular tension, injuries, headaches or ongoing discomfort, acupuncture can support circulation, reduce tension and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
-
Fertility is influenced by the whole body, not just the reproductive system.
Chinese Medicine looks at cycle health, stress, sleep and overall balance to support conception, whether naturally or alongside IVF.
Acupuncture can help prepare the body, support treatment cycles and ease the emotional weight of the process. -
Pregnancy and birth are profound transitions for the body and the nervous system.
Acupuncture can support you through each trimester, help prepare the body for labour, and aid recovery in the fourth trimester.
It's a gentle way to feel supported through every stage, from conception to postpartum. -
Menopause is a natural transition, not something to simply push through.
Hot flushes, disrupted sleep, mood changes and shifting energy are common, but they don't have to be endured in silence.
Acupuncture can support the body through this shift, easing symptoms and restoring a sense of balance. -
Children's bodies are still finding their rhythm, and even small imbalances can show up clearly.
From sleep and digestion to immunity, acupuncture offers a gentle, non-invasive way to support their natural development.
It's a supportive approach that works with, not against, a child's system. -
A resilient immune system is about more than avoiding illness.
Ongoing stress, poor sleep and depleted energy can leave the body more vulnerable, especially through seasonal changes.
Acupuncture can help strengthen your body's natural defences and support long-term resilience. -
Skin often reflects what's happening beneath the surface.
Conditions like eczema, acne and rosacea, as well as the natural ageing process, are connected to deeper patterns within the body.
Acupuncture can support skin health from the inside out, working with your body's own healing processes. -
Digestion is deeply connected to how we feel, think and cope with stress.
Bloating, discomfort, irregularity and sensitivity are often signs that the gut needs support.
Acupuncture can help restore balance, ease discomfort and support the body's natural digestive rhythm. -
Fatigue and disrupted sleep are common, but they are not something you simply have to live with.
A busy mind, hormonal shifts and ongoing stress can all affect how rested and energised you feel.
Acupuncture can support deeper rest and help restore your natural energy.
this is annabelle
I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen and supported.
My journey into Chinese Medicine was shaped by my own experiences of navigating health, emotions, and healing. Through this, I came to understand that the body is not separate from our experiences; everything we move through leaves an imprint.
Chinese Medicine offers a beautiful way of reconnecting with the body, understanding its messages and creating space for healing.
I am passionate about offering a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, feel supported and reconnect with yourself.
I am a Bachelor of Health Science qualified Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist, with a special interest in Classical Chinese Medicine, women’s health, emotional wellbeing, hormones and supporting the body through times of change.
Do you want support with a complex or chronic condition?
I work with people navigating diagnoses that are difficult, layered, or poorly understood, including cases involving degeneration, autoimmunity, nervous system dysregulation, hormonal dysfunction, and long-standing pain.
Chinese Medicine offers a different lens. Rather than isolating one diagnosis, we look at how systems interact: circulation, digestion, immunity, hormones, and the nervous system.
Then we treat the pattern beneath the condition.
This approach is not fast or superficial. It is intentional and deeply supportive.
