Swap your cold icy drinks for warm or room-temperature water. Your stomach is about 37 degrees, this is your digestive fire. When you consume cold drinks and foods, you are putting out this fire and making it harder for your body to do its job. Hello bloating, digestive issues, fertility issues and circulation problems.

Warm drinks and foods will support your digestive fire and in turn support your digestion, fertility, immunity and circulation.

Hydration is what I would consider one of the most important fundamentals of health.
