Morning water, Morning ritual.

It has changed my life and many others and it is oh so simple, cheap and effective.

Start your day with a big glass of warm water.

Put the kettle on as soon as you get up and then pour yourself a big glass of water (500ml if you can), you want it to be warm but not too hot as you want to be able to drink it quickly.

The water will go straight to your colon and flush out the toxins that have been accumulating overnight. Hello morning poop. This is going to increase your metabolism, boost circulation and allow you to start your day feeling pretty damn good and hydrated.

Ps. This is a game changer for anyone with constipation.
